National Girls & Women in Sports Day
The University of Dubuque Athletic department would like to present you with the opportunity to take part in the 40th annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day. It is our hope to get young girls interested in a variety of sports and to be able to give them an opportunity to learn. This clinic will provide the basic fundamental skills for the following sports: basketball, cheerleading, golf, hockey, running sports, soccer, softball, tennis, wrestling, volleyball and more. The UD women's coaching staff, student-athletes and athletics staff will be running the clinic. We hope to see you there.
What you Receive
- Two-hour sports clinic with University of Dubuque student athletes and coaches
- T-Shirt (must be registered by January 5th, 2026 in order to guarantee a shirt)
- Lunch (pizza, fruit and water) with UD student-athletes after the clinic
- Autograph signing with student-athletes and coaches
- Admission to the UD women's basketball game against Simpson College at 2:00 PM

Location
Pick up and drop-offs will take place at the Chlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center (CRWC). The clinic will take place in the CRWC.
The clinic participants will be walked over to Stoltz Sports Center for the women's basketball game against Simpson College at 2:00 PM by our student-athletes, coaches and athletics staff. The participants can be picked up any time between 2:00 and 3:00 PM in the student section in Stoltz.

- WBB Game against Simpson College | 2:00 PM
All participants need to be checked out/picked up by 3:00PM, even if you plan to watch the remainder of the Women's Basketball game.
